Charles has been effective in leading Hacking HR’s SF Chapter, bringing thought leadership to the discussion of emerging technologies. With 25 years of significant experience in key leadership roles at high-growth organizations, Charles has successfully reorganized entire company cultures and driven vision to adopt a “one team,” collaborative approach time and time again. He is active in the transformation of the human resources role in business, is a professional coach to key leaders, and has published and spoken on the changing landscape of the profession at numerous conferences.

Effren Bledsoe

Effren is a strategic human resource leader, who has experience in multiple industries partnering with C-level executives to enhance and build their organizations. Successful track record of creating and implementing a wide range of global people strategies to guide the business through structural and cultural transitions.
Effren was formerly VP Global Human Resources at GitHub (bought by Microsoft). Previously he led major initiatives across HR at Facebook (Meta), ITT, Under Armor and Kraft Foods.
He excels at leading highly complex projects and programs, driving activities and direction in matrix organizational structures, and managing employees across time zones and cultures.
